1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment.

  • The balance payment must be cleared at least 3 days prior to check-in.

  • Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, credit/debit cards, or other approved channels.

  • Bookings made within 3 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards

  • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Identification Requirements

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, PAN, etc.).

  • Foreign nationals must present a valid passport with visa.

  • Entry may be denied without valid ID, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 7 days before check-in – 90% refund

  • 3–7 days before check-in – 50% refund

  • Less than 3 days before check-in – No refund

  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

6. Occupancy & Guest Policy

 

  • Extra guests are allowed only with prior approval and may incur additional charges.

  • Visitors not included in the booking are not allowed to stay overnight.

7. House Rules

  • No loud music or noise after 10:00 PM as per local regulations.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

  • Pets are allowed only with prior permission.

  • Guests must maintain cleanliness and respect property decorum.

8. Use of Facilities

  • Use of the swimming pool, lawn, riverfront machan, or other facilities is at guests’ own risk.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Management is not responsible for accidents or injuries during the stay.

9. Damage & Liability

  • Guests are liable for any damage to property, fittings, or missing items.

  • Selborne Villas is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

10. Force Majeure

  • In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseeable circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings.

  • In such cases, a full refund or credit note may be issued at management’s discretion.
